Hello!
It's been a mad week with the launch of the new Franchise website. We thank you all for your patience and understanding in this time as we discover and fix all the bugs that you guys have found and reported to us. Here's a quick list of what we've changed this week.
Release Notes
- Certain products could not be added to cart with the + or - buttons. This is now resolved and all products should behave as expected.
- Some products were disappearing from your cart after being added successfully. This was a tricky one, but we think we've nailed it. Anything you add to your cart should stay there unless it goes out of stock while you shop.
- Infinitely long "loading" screens should now be gone.
- Some customers were able to order products that were in stock, but then went out of stock whilst they were shopping. We now have LIVE system stock checks each time a product is added to your cart, as well as a final stock check before checking out.
- Products were not sorted in alphabetical order. This has been fixed.
- The web address for the website has now properly been set to https://franchise.vapehq.co.uk
