VAPEHQ Returns Policy

Please ensure the returns form is filled out when completing a return.
Returns must be sent back to us within 3-4 weeks, this will help us with the 7 Day turnover we are trying to keep up with. 


The fields on the forms will need to be filled out accurately as possible or this may lead in the items being sent back to you, please also make sure that each device is labeled with a reference number to coincide with the returns form.


Vape HQ will only be accepting products back that were still within manufacturer's warranty when the faulty item was returned back to the store. Generally this will include devices, kits and some tanks. Tanks will include a warranty card if they are covered by manufacturer's warranty. 


If the product does not come with a warranty, we will NOT be able to accept these back. 


Please try to ensure all products are returned with original packaging and Sale Receipt and Exchange Receipt; Without this, some manufacturers have been refusing to replace the product.

Some tanks offer warranty. These will include a warranty card from the manufacturer

When a device is replaced without packaging, please return the faulty device in the replacements packaging. This will then allow us to finalise the returns on our end without having to send anything back to the store.

VapeHQ’s Top Tips
Keep the box and sleeve & bring it in with the kit if they have a problem Take care with the USB port.
Try not to pull on the cable
Advise the customer to use the cable provided. This does make a difference
Always advise if the kit is a 1A charge Kit

Battery Cells themselves have no warranty so please follow standard battery safety procedures such as;

Keep out of direct sunlight, Store in a cool dry place within 5°c-25°c, do not get them wet!


We will accept returns E-Liquids providing it is in resellable condition and unopened/untampered with. 

E.g. Purchased the incorrect strength.


PLEASE NOTE
The warranty is the manufacturer's warranty (not ours) and we MUST follow their guidelines. Although we act on behalf of the manufacturer it is their warranty.
The warranty itself covers anything that could be classed as Manufacture faults, however if your device looks like its been hit by a bus, there is not a lot we are able to do.

If a Device is sent back as a KIT, but there is only the MOD there you will be credited for the KIT minus the Tank Price. Please bear this in mind as you will no longer be receiving a KIT back.
