Q: What is VAPEHQ BETA website?
A: This is an early working release of your new franchise website. The phrase BETA is used to indicate that what you see is not the finished article but has the minimum working functions commissioned so that you can continue your business with minimum disruptions while we continue to release bug fixes, performance and enhancement improvements along with new features.
Q: The new website looks great, can I get involved with future ideas and improvements?
A: Yes; we need your input for a new ideas along with any bugs you may find on the numerous devices, screen sizes and browsers you attempt to use this website on.
Q: What device types and screen sizes are officially supported within this current release V1.0.1?
A:

- Orientation: Landscape Only
Q: Do you have any plans to support all devices?
A: That would be an impossible task. We aim to commission the top ten devices and screen sizes, along with the most common web browsers.
Q: I have spotted a problem with the BETA website, how do I report it?
A: You can report any problems LIVE within the website support system by clicking the red feedback button on the right hand side of the page. Within working hours, a team member will correspond with you.
ORDERS/DELIVERIES
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: If your order was placed before 1PM Monday-Thursday, we will ship it the same day for you to receive it the next day.
Q: This product is out of stock. When will it be back in?
A: While we try to maintain healthy stock levels at all times, sometimes there will be situations where something doesn't come in on time. Simply give us a call and our logistics manager will be happy to give you any information required.
Q: My order was damaged on arrival. What do I do?
A: The first thing you should do is to sign for the parcel as "damaged", then take pictures before decompiling the box. Send those pictures to us (info@vapehq.co.uk) along with a report of any missing or damaged products, and we will contact the courier and send out replacements for any missing or damaged products.
